My friend B and I were talking about honesty today and how it’s the ‘best policy’. We then SOMEHOW got on to the topic if women’s ovaries hummed every time she was attracted to a guy that it would make it so much easier to tell if a girl likes you or if you had a chance with that girl. She brought up the point that even if a girl is with a guy her ovaries might hum and that would cause a fight or a bit of jealousy. We both decided that it would probably be best that if the ovaries hummed for a guy that only that guy could hear it. It’d be a certain frequency for a certain guy. Such a funny conversation, but I think we both agreed that sometimes honesty isn’t always the best policy. There can be instances where someone would tell you something to be ‘honest’ and in turn it hurts your relationship. Problem is, does that sort of stuff eventually come up anyways?
I suppose if you can’t be honest with the people that are close to you, then you probably shouldn’t consider them close. I guess that makes me wonder if I should be honest with a person I know or hold my tongue.
